How we work
From the CT scan to the operating room

Your company sends us the CT scan
DICOM format at 0.6–1.0 mm resolution, along with the surgeon's idea for the implant.

We prepare a proposal
We segment the scan and build a preliminary design. We reach the surgeon with something concrete.
03
Video call with the surgeon
We discuss the case, validate the design and agree on a surgery date.
04
Report + final design video
The surgeon receives the complete final proposal before approving manufacture.

We coordinate instrumentation
We define the screws, fixation and any additional instrumentation the surgeon needs, together with your company.

Manufacture on signed approval
With the surgeon's signature we begin. We run the fastest titanium 3D printing service in the country.

Delivered ready for surgery
Implant, test biomodels and a full inspection video. Sterile, ready to collect.
